Yonatan Green Webinar

In March 2026, the Society was pleased to host a webinar with Yonatan Green, an Israeli-American attorney and former Fellow of the Georgetown University Center for the Constitution in Washington, D.C. Born and raised in Israel to American and British parents, he holds degrees in Law and Communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is admitted to practise in both Israel and the State of New York. Yonatan has worked in private practice and at leading technology firm Mobileye, and is the co-founder and former Executive Director of the Israel Law & Liberty Forum, inspired by the Federalist Society. His writing, in both English and Hebrew, has appeared across academic and public platforms and has been cited by the Israeli Supreme Court.

He is the author of Rogue Justice: The Rise of Judicial Supremacy in Israel (Academica Press, 2025), a major new work examining the extraordinary rise of Israel’s Supreme Court. The book traces how the Court evolved into one of the most powerful judicial bodies in the democratic world, situating Israel’s constitutional tensions within broader global debates about judicial power, constitutionalism, and democracy. At a time of significant legal and political contestation in Israel, Rogue Justice offers a timely and accessible analysis of the struggle over law and governance in the Jewish state.
